We would like to begin by thanking you all for your cooperation during the past months as Ashfield Medical Centre has been going through some major staff changes.


Dr Mukherjee retired from the Surgery at the end of August after being Lead GP here for over 16 years. We would all like to wish Dr Mukherjee a long and happy retirement.

Dr Duda has decided to return to Poland and took up a family partnership there to be with his wife and children - I am sure like us you wish him lots of luck for the future there.

Dr Jeremy Jenkins & Partners are now seeing patients here daily.

As Ashfield Medical Centre moves forward over the coming months we are working very hard to ensure that we continue to improve our services and commitment to our patients with Dr Jeremy Jenkins & Partners for Clinical and Management Support. This will mean that we are able to offer more Clinical resources and services to our team here to support your needs.
